Your responsibilities:
You’re responsible for the base of our consulting: you collect information and relevant data of our client as a foundation for the team's advice
You’re preparing interviews, workshops and documentation
You’re trained by a Senior Consultant to apply the Anderson MacGyver models and approaches
You’re contributing to our advisory on digital transformation
You’re actively involved to use your ideas, knowledge and experience in our projects
What you bring us:
Master's degree (in the field of Business, Technology and/or Data)
Provable and relevant experience in internships or less dan 2 years work experience
Deep insights on the cohesion among Business, Technology, and Data
Strategical thinker with an analytical mindset
Strong consulting skills
Ambition, enthusiasm, and a high sense of responsibility
Independent and proactive
The ability to quickly switch between strategic, tactical and operational levels
Bringing your own active network is a plus
Fluent in English
Fluent in German

IHRE AUFGABE • Beratung unserer Kunden in digitalen Transformationsprojekten • Durchführung von Interviews, Analysen und Workshops auf Kundenseite • Verständnis aufbringen für die Belange und Herausforderungen unserer Kunden sowie deren Stakeholder • eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Aufgaben innerhalb unserer Beratungsmandate unter Leitung einer Senior-Beraterinn respektive eines Senior-Beraters • erfolgreiche Anwendung unserer Modelle und Methoden in unseren Projekten nach einer zügigen und gleichwohl gründlichen Einarbeitung • aktive Mitwirkung an der (Weiter-)Entwicklung unsere Modelle und Ansätze • Aufzeigen von Verbesserungspotenzialen auf Kundenseite und aktive Erarbeitung zielführender Lösungen
Wir erwarten von Ihnen
• ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren IT-bezogenen Studiengang • profunde Erfahrung aus Praktika oder bis zu 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung • selbstständiges Handeln und eine strategisch-analytische Denkweise • sicheres, souveränes Auftreten sowie eine ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz • die persönliche Flexibilität, schnell zwischen strategischer, taktischer und operativer Ebenen zu wechseln • den Ehrgeiz und die Fähigkeit, sich und andere zu begeistern • Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und projektorientierte Führungskompetenz • fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift • ein solide ausgebautes Netzwerk ist von Vorteil.
