What Will You Do?
As a Medior Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering impactful advice

Carry responsibility for a part of the end report on one or more assignments
Proactively advise our clients on their digital transformation
Facilitate interviews and workshops for our clients
Build relationships with your client and relevant stakeholders
Understand and apply Anderson MacGyver’s proven methods and models
Contribute actively to the development of Anderson MacGyver’s models and approaches
Spot opportunities and proactively help in writing proposals

Your impact

Master's degree and / or with extensive relevant work experience in Business, Technology, and/or Data
3 plus years of provable and relevant experience in a consulting or in-house environment
Deep insights on the cohesion among Business, Technology, and Data
Strategical thinker with an analytical mindset
Ambition, strong consulting skills, enthusiasm, and a high sense of responsibility
Independent and proactive
The ability to quickly switch between strategic, tactical and operational levels
Bringing your own active network is a plus
Fluent in English
Fluent in Dutch

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het eindadvies van 1 of meerdere opdrachten onder begeleiding van een senior consultant
Je levert advies omtrent de digitale transformatie van onze klanten
Je begeleidt interviews en workshops bij klanten
Je bent bewust van je stakeholders in je opdracht en je begrijpt de uitdaging van de klant
Je bent in staat om snel onze modellen en aanpakken te doorgronden en toe te passen in onze opdrachten
Je draagt actief bij aan de (door)ontwikkeling van de modellen en aanpakken van Anderson MacGyver
Je signaleert mogelijkheden voor de klant om te verbeteren en draagt actief bij aan het schrijven van offertes.

Jouw impact

• WO werk- en denkniveau met 3 tot 8 jaar relevante werkervaring (Business, Technologie, Data)
• Aantoonbare relevante (project)ervaring
•    Diepgaand inzicht in de samenwerking tussen business en Data & Technologie
•    Strategische denker met een analytische mindset
•    Sterke adviesvaardigheden
•    Ambitie, enthousiasme en een hoge mate van verantwoordelijkheid
•    Zelfstandigheid en een pro actieve houding
•    Het vermogen om snel te schakelen tussen strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau
•    Het meebrengen van een actief netwerk is een pré
• Goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
