As the Product Lead Scientific Research you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative methods and approaches to guide our consultants and customers through their digital journey. You will work alongside a talented team of professionals, assisting organizations in achieving their digital ambitions.
 
Your responsibilities:

• Research: You will be responsible for conducting thorough research on the latest trends, best practices, methods and concepts in the field of digital transformation. You will stay updated on market developments, analyze case studies, client projects, and gather relevant information to enhance the consultancy's understanding of digital transformation. You will strengthen the scientific basis under our key concepts.

 

• Method Development: You will contribute to the development of new methods and approaches for digital transformation that can be applied in various organizations and sectors. Working closely with the team of consultants, you will design and implement practical and effective solutions.

 

• Student supervision: You will provide guidance to students working on their bachelor's or master's theses, assisting them with research assignments relevant to our method development .

 

• Cooperation with partners: Actively contribute to the collaboration we have with the University of Utrecht and other universities on the aforementioned topics.

 

• Consultancy and Support: For a part of your time you will act as consultant in consultancy teams and executing projects related to digital transformation. Leveraging your knowledge and expertise, you will help clients identify their specific needs and challenges in digital transformation.

 

• Knowledge Sharing: You will actively contribute to knowledge development within the consultancy by organizing internal workshops, writing whitepapers, and delivering presentations. By sharing your insights and expertise with the team, you will contribute to the growth and professionalization of the organization.
